As designated in our management philosophy and CSR action course, we must continue to support electricity business by providing reliable services with high quality and the greatest priority on safety as a dependable partner of the Thermal and Nuclear Power Division of Kansai Electric Power. For this purpose, nothing is more important than to make implementation of social responsibility as a corporation a linchpin of business administration and make all the employees fully aware that safety has the highest priority in our business activities.
Since the Great East Japan Earthquake followed by the nuclear plant accident in 2011, business climate of electric power industry has changed dramatically. Because our company and Kansai Electric Power Group are in an unprecedented situation, we must keep safety as the core of business, which is the source of gaining trust from society and Kansai Electric Power. In order to show clearly that safety is the most important administrative them, we constitute “Kanden Power-Tech Charter for Safety Behavior,” aiming to raise safety consciousness further and to implement safety behaviors thoroughly.

We protect safety of all the people related to us including those in cooperative companies by implementing safety first policy.
Based on our strong desire that each one of us “will not make our job companions and their families unhappy,” we create open workplace in which views can be exchanged more easily by conducting daily communication with kind consideration. We also establish corporate culture to prioritize securing safety and solid safety culture as a member of Kansai Electric Power Group. In order to secure not only our own safety but also that of job companions including those in our cooperative companies, we aim to eradicate disasters by implementing independent safety behaviors such as acting swiftly as soon as we notice danger.
