Furthermore, we will review our handling of personal information as needed and continually strive for improvement.

We will acquire personal information properly without resorting to falsification or other fraudulent means.

Use of Personal Information

In principle, we will use the personal information that we have acquired within the scope required to achieve the “Purpose of Use of Personal Information” in order to facilitate our proper and smooth business operations.
And, for the personal information that we have acquired, we will use individual numbers and specific individual information within the scope of the purpose of use in order to perform the business operations prescribed in laws and regulations.

Disclosure and Provision to Third-Parties

We will never disclose or provide our retained personal data to any third party except under the following circumstances:

• With the consent of the individual concerned.
• Disclosure and provision of personal information to our subcontractors as necessary in the course of our business operations.
  In this case, we will disclose or provide the information after first concluding a non-disclosure agreement with the subcontractor and confirming that the personal information will be properly handled
• When there is another valid reason such as when we are obliged to disclose or provide information based on laws.

Secure Management and Ensuring Personal Information is Up-to-Date

We will take the appropriate safety measures with respect to our usage and storage of personal data as well as properly supervise our workers and subcontractors in order to guard against the risk of loss, destruction, falsification, leakage, unauthorized access to the information systems and the like.
And we will strive to ensure that our retained personal data is accurate and up-to-date within the scope required to achieve the purpose of use.

Disclosure, Correction, Inquiries, etc.

We will comply with requests from individuals to disclose or correct retained personal data, and respond to any inquiries about our handling of personal information, in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations.

• The definitions of “personal information”, “personal data” and “retained personal data” in the above policy shall be as prescribed in the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
• The handling of personal information related to our employee management will be determined separately.
• If we have indicated the purpose of use of personal information and other details to persons individually, then the contents of that purpose of use, etc. will be given precedence over the above policy.
